My organization just got referred to the Public Utilities Commission’s
      Tribal Technical Assistance Grant Program
for up to $250,000 to pursue improved voice and broadband communications.
It can pay for staff hours for grant writing for broadband grants,
market studies, feasibility studies, business plans, etc.
We wanted to share this in case anyone else is interested in applying.
