Our Tribally-guided nonprofit does not yet offer health benefits. At a meeting today, someone suggested a group of nonprofits and/or Tribes purchasing a plan together, or working with a non-profit to set up an umbrella system to support benefits and coverage for multiple organizations. Does anyone know if such a system exists? Can anyone offer mentorship for setting up initial benefits for a small organization?
